Whether you're visiting us for your wedding, a spray tan, hair extensions, a blowout, or another beauty service, arriving prepared helps us achieve the best possible results and ensures your appointment runs smoothly.

Spray Tanning

Before Your Appointment

24 Hours Before

  • Exfoliate your entire body.

  • Shave or wax at least 24 hours before.

  • Moisturize daily leading up to your appointment.

Appointment Day

  • Arrive with completely clean skin.

  • No lotion, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or oils.

  • Wear loose, dark clothing.

  • Remove all jewelry.

After Your Appointment

  • Avoid water, sweating, and exercise until your first rinse.

  • Follow your personalized rinse time.

  • Moisturize daily to extend the life of your tan.

  • Avoid exfoliating until your tan begins fading naturally.

Lash Lift & Tint

Before your appointment:

  • Arrive with clean lashes.

  • Remove all eye makeup.

  • Do not wear mascara.

  • Remove contact lenses if preferred.

For 24 hours after your appointment:

  • Avoid water and steam.

  • Do not use mascara.

  • Avoid rubbing your eyes.

Makeup Services

Please Arrive With

  • A clean, freshly washed face free of makeup.

  • Moisturized skin. If your skin is naturally dry, apply your regular moisturizer before arriving.

  • Contact lenses already inserted, if you wear them.

  • Inspiration photos of makeup styles you love (optional, but encouraged).

During Your Appointment

Your artist will begin with a consultation to discuss your preferences, skin type, outfit, and desired look. Each application is customized to enhance your natural features and ensure your makeup lasts throughout your event.

After Your Appointment

  • Avoid touching your face whenever possible.

  • Carry your recommended lip product for touch-ups throughout the day.

  • If you're attending a wedding or special event, avoid excessive rubbing around the eyes or face.

Hairstyling Services

Please Arrive With

  • 100% Clean, completely dry hair.

  • Hair washed within the last 24 hours unless instructed otherwise.

  • Minimal styling products, oils, or dry shampoo.

  • Clip-in extensions, veil, or hair accessories if you'll be wearing them. (please ensure clip ins are 100% washed and dried)

  • Inspiration photos that reflect your preferred hairstyle.

Curly Hair Clients

If you plan to wear your natural curls, please arrive with your curls fully dry and styled naturally. If your service includes heat styling or an updo, arrive with clean, dry hair unless your stylist has provided different instructions.

During Your Appointment

Your stylist will review your inspiration, hair type, and overall event style before creating a look that's customized specifically for you.

After Your Appointment

  • Avoid excessive touching or brushing your finished style.

  • Follow any personalized recommendations provided by your stylist.

Blowout Services

Please Arrive With

  • Your service includes a full wash and blow-dry so you’re welcome to arrive with your hair as is

After Your Appointment

To help your blowout last as long as possible:

  • Avoid moisture, rain, steam, and excessive humidity when possible.

  • Sleep with your hair loosely tied using a silk scrunchie.

  • Refresh with dry shampoo only when needed.

  • Use a wide-tooth comb or soft bristle brush to maintain volume and movement.

With proper care, many blowouts can last several days depending on your hair type and lifestyle.

Hair Extensions

Before Your Installation

  • Wash your hair the night before or the morning of your appointment.

  • Do not apply oils, leave-in conditioners, or styling products.

  • Arrive with completely dry hair.

  • Bring inspiration photos if you're hoping for a specific finished look.

After Your Appointment

Wait at least 48 hours before washing your hair.

Avoid:

  • Swimming

  • Saunas

  • Heavy sweating

  • Tight hairstyles during the first 48 hours

Before your move-up appointment:

Gloss + Humidity Shield Treatment

Before You Arrive

There is very little preparation required before your appointment.

  • This service includes a professional shampoo so you’re welcome to arrive with your hair as is.

  • Let your stylist know if your hair has been recently coloured or chemically treated.

After Your Appointment

To maximize the longevity of your treatment:

  • Follow any aftercare instructions provided by your stylist.

  • Use salon-recommended shampoos and conditioners when possible.

  • Minimize frequent clarifying shampoos, which may reduce the longevity of the treatment.

  • Schedule future treatments as recommended to maintain your results.

We carry a selection of premium clip-in hair extensions in-studio, allowing many clients to purchase and take home their perfect match the very same day.

Looking for a Custom Colour?

Most custom orders arrive within 3–4 weeks, so we recommend booking your colour match well in advance of weddings, vacations, or special events.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unless otherwise instructed, yes. Clean, dry hair provides the best results for most styling services.

  • All clip-in extensions must be washed and completely dry before your appointment, even if they are brand new. Extensions that arrive unwashed, damp, or with product buildup may not be suitable for installation. Please note that clip-in extension installation is available for an additional fee.

  • What should I wear?

    Button-up or zip-up tops are recommended whenever you're having your hair or makeup professionally done.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but late arrivals may reduce your service time.

  • No, all products and professional tools are provided by our team. If there's a specific lipstick, hair accessory, or product you'd like us to incorporate, you're welcome to bring it along and we'll do our best to include it in your service.

  • We'll always use professional techniques and products to help your hairstyle last as long as possible. However, every hair type is different, and if your hair has a history of not holding a curl, it's important to have realistic expectations. Your stylist will recommend the best approach for your hair and may suggest clip-in extensions or an alternative style if it will provide a longer-lasting result.
